Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your order. We ship clothing, footwear, and accessories by courier across Uganda, with timing and delivery charges shown at checkout based on your location.

Orders are usually dispatched within a short handling time after payment is confirmed. You will receive an update when your parcel is on its way, and our courier will contact you to arrange handover.

If you are unavailable at delivery, the courier will attempt to reach you to reschedule. Please check your items on arrival and contact us promptly if anything is missing or not as expected.
